  1. Sannibel Florida would be a great setting for the book. Secluded community, absolutely beautiful, seaside location, and tight knit.

    Thank you! T.

  2. I would go with Durango Colorado, it's in the San Juan range and very beautiful there. There's a narrow gauge railway that runs from Durango to Silverton Colorado and people come from all over to ride on this train. There are several beautiful lakes nearby and out of all the places I've lived, the most beautiful. Purgatory, the ski resort is close too. It really has a lot to offer.

  4. I would recommend Northern California. It has the oceans, mountains, farms, and the weather can be anything you'd like. But I am also a fan of stories set in Texas.

  5. Hi Knicole. I love the spelling of your name. If you're a fan or Northern California, you'd love Eureka Point. That's where it took place. I love the dramatic scenery of Northern Cal. The way the mountains and cliffs meet the ocean, the rocky beaches, etc. Thanks! Betty Ann

  6. I had the opportunity to visit Twisp, WA last May for a business conference up in their Sun Mt. Lodge and OMGoodness was it beautiful. The lodge is at the very top of a mountain overlooking a beautiful valley with lots of forest all around. There are plenty of lakes in the area for water recreation as well. Definitely check out the Sun Mt. Lodge website and you'll see what I mean. Our first day there now remember this was in May, it snowed! It was absolutely magical and I have plans to go back.

  15. I think the endless mountains in PA needs to be used in a book. We have lots of mountain ranges and places like The Endless Mountains or World's End are all places way up in the mountains of PA. susan L. garysue@dejazzd,com
